The Kit with pallet and 2 throw covers ships in two packages totaling 70lbs:
– Box 1 = 57″ x 13″ x 26″ / dim weight is 117 / actual weight is 67.5lbs.
– Box 2 = 7″ x 13″ x 10″ / dim weight is 6 / actual weight is 2.5lbs.
Pallet size as a pallet: 47.75″ w x 47.875″ d x 8.75″h. (holds 1200 lbs as pallet)
Pallet size as a table (2): 47.75″w x 23.875″d x 30″h. (holds 300 lbs per table in table configuration)
Shipping your trade show display exhibits and accessories can be a tricky job.
Your booth graphics, back walls, flooring and other accessories can require multiple hands and cases to move around.
Using a pallet for shipping is a great option – freight shipments are typically more economical than FedEx/UPS, partly because everything is in one place, rather than in multiple boxes. Having everything grouped in one place makes it much less likely that any single box will disappear on the way.
The only bad part in using a pallet at a trade show is that the show delivers it to your booth space, and then takes it away after you’ve unloaded it. That means you need to wait for them to bring your pallet back after the show, before you can really start packing up your display tools.

Once you’ve unloaded everything from your pallet, assemble it into a table for your trade show; this gives you that one additional piece of trade show furniture at the show, and when the show is over, your pallet is already in your space, ready for you to pack up your display and catch your plane home.

The innovative pallet that converts to a table is made from HDPE recyclable plastic – tough and durable. Assembling it into a table is a very simple process – no tools needed, no loose parts to get lost. The pallet pulls apart into two halves, and the legs hidden inside the pallet quickly attach to become the legs of your trade show table.
At that point, you can throw a couple of great looking custom printed table throws over the pallet & table combo kits, hiding the shipping pallet and showing only a pair of branded tablecloths in your booth space. You can also add cushions on top of the table to create sturdy trade show seating benches if needed.
The combined shipping pallet and trade show table will greatly ease your packing and shipping requirements. In the pallet configuration, the shipping pallet will hold 1200 lbs. In the table configuration, each table holds 300 lbs.
