Tradeshow Popup Display vs Zip-up Display
The purpose of this document is to compare the similarities and differences of three types of backlit trade show displays, the Embrace, the Hopup backlit, and the Wavelight.
Similarities
All three designs use LED lighting inside the display frame. There is very little difference in the color, brightness, or cost of the LED light kits.
All three frame styles are available in multiple sizes; typically a 3ft wide, 5ft wide, 8ft wide, and 10 ft wide frame.
The graphic in all cases is a polyester fabric, with a full color dye sub print.
Wavelight Backlit Tubeframe
The Wavelight uses a tube frame display with pillow case graphics.
The LED lights are in multiple strings, hung vertically inside the frame.
The pillow case graphic needs to be slipped over the assembled frame, and zipped on the bottom to finish assembly.

A protective molded case for storage and transport is included, kit includes counter top and black unprinted case wrap, for the kit price of $2440.

Backlit Hopup Accordion: Velcro
The Backlit Hopup uses an accordion frame, built from approx ¼” diameter aluminum lengths, bolted into hard plastic connections. The accordion frames ship as a collapsed single piece.
To complete assembly, the LED light strips are attached on the bottom and top of the frame, and then the fabric graphic is attached using the Velcro strips.

Backlit Embrace Accordion: SEG
The Backlit Embrace also uses an accordion frame, built from approx ¼” diameter aluminum lengths, bolted into hard plastic connections. The accordion frames ship as a collapsed single piece.
To complete assembly, the LED light strpis are attached to the top and bottom of the frame, then the "channel bars" are hung from the frame, and then the SEG graphic is installed.
