Trade Show Display Meeting Rooms, Towers, Arches, and Custom Shapes
Clients are often looking for a “different” or unique look, and also sometimes prefer to have semi-private meeting rooms in their trade show booths, so they can have a quieter conversation with their more important customers. To help answer these needs, we’ve just added several brand new products to our trade show display and supplies offerings, and I wanted to review these products for our clients.
To answer this need, we’ve added the Formulate line of trade show display arches and meeting rooms.
These structures are made from lightweight, aluminum tubes that slip together in seconds. Entire frames can be constructed very quickly indeed. The graphics are made with a state of the art dye sublimation print on fabric; the fabric is constructed as a “pillow case”, so both the side facing in and the side facing out are printed (same or different designs). This printed pillow case graphic just slides over the assembled frame, and then zips shut to provide a tight skin and a very sharp looking display.
We’ve already built a half-dozen different shapes, including three different styles of fabric arches that span a 20ft booth space, arching approximately 10ft high in the center.

We’re now offering trade show banner towers build using the same aluminum tube and printed tension fabric structures; these are available in funnel, straight cylinder, and square tower shapes, as shown below:
All of these configurations use the same aluminum tube framework, snapping together quickly. The meeting rooms and curved walls use a double-sided, dye sublimation printed tension fabric graphic, and the towers are normally a single-sided tension fabric graphic. In all of the styles, the fabric graphic is a pillow case design, which is slid over the frame and zipped into place.
As you can imagine, these tension fabric trade show displays are very light; minimizing your shipping and drayage costs in comparison to other ways to build trade show meeting rooms. Normally these can be assembled by the exhibitor themself, saving the hefty show management labor charges.
