Trade Show Booth Designs: Get More Business

Trade show attendance is on the rise. Joyce McKee wrote in an article posted on Let’s Talk Trade Shows.com, “…double-digit increases and record performance at the 2011 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES), exhibit space in January was up 5.2% over January 2010…”.sample

CES 2012 set quite a few records, because it was even bigger, with more people attending than EVER before.  With this upswing in attendance, having professional eye catching trade show displays has never been more important.

Large format printing is a necessity for successful trade show displays. It’s easy for a vendor booth to get lost in the sea of humanity at today’s home, garden and bridal shows, just to name a few. Then there are the vendors that have focused so much on their products they don’t have any display signs. They need eye catching, professionally designed trade show displays.

The sign is the first thing potential new clients see of trade show displays. For many of those potential clients it is the very first time they have even heard of a company or product. And you know what? Mom was right about first impressions!

The caliber of the signage has a direct impact on that potential client’s snap decision to walk past the booth or stop. A beautiful and well designed sign with large format printing will clearly brand a company.

Large format printing on vendor signage should be simple, clear and to the point. The display graphics should be unique and draw eyes toward the sign. Full color signs with tasteful script look professional and suggest that the company is solid. Of course, the signage should also adequately reflect the style and character of the company. It should communicate the message to those potential clients that they won’t be able to live with themselves if they don’t stop at this booth.

A lot of time, energy and money are invested when building a company, The planning and coordinating that go into trade show displays is a mammoth task. Don’t let an unclear, under-sized sign, or no sign at all, create a barrier for new clients. Professionally designed trade show displays act as a welcome mat for new customer and a comforting familiarity for repeat clientele.
